There is no difference between Autographed and Signed in the Sports Memorabilia industry. These words have the same meaning and are only used as different terminology.
We opened the virtual doors of nationalmemorabilia.com’s online store in 1994. Since then, we’ve strived to be the store of first resort for sports memorabilia by offering the most compelling combination of selection, value, service and convenience. How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns and Exchanges for damaged autographed goods and unsigned memorabilia are accepted within 5 days of item receipt. A full refund, replacement item or store credit will be issued if the item is received damaged. If the item is damaged, nationalmemorabilia.com will pay for all shipping return costs and shipping costs of the new item. If the item is not damaged, shipping costs are assumed by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies. NO returns will be accepted without a Return Number, which will be assinged to the customer upon the conclusion and confirmation of their return with a nationalmemorabilia.com agent. A return address will be provided via phone or email once the return is authorized.

I saw one of your products on eBay for a less expensive price, why?
Some of our competitors, both wholesalers and retailers, buy in bulk and resell via the Internet. We cannot determine the final selling price of auction items. In addition, oursuppliers deal directly with the athletes and their agents and therefore our product is 100% authentic. We do not want to sacrifice quality for price. Figures by experts put the rate of fraudulent autographed sports memorabilia as high as 70% on EBay (check out this article to read more). Additionally, purchasing from EBay means no recourse, no customer service, and no lifetime guarantees and policies. We don't expect our customers to gamble when it comes to their important purchases and hard-earned money.

We ship worldwide. Just be advised that items shipped outside the United States may take longer to arrive.
Once we receive an order from the site, we send it to be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1pm will be submitted for processing on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, Saturday and Sunday, or select holidays will be submitted forprocessing the next business day. We always try to exceed our customer’s expectations so if we are able to process your order the same day we will certainly do so. The RUSH option is available in order to bypass the processing period of 3-5 days.
Yes. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and to prepare your item for shipping. After that your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. You are welcome to call our office at (786)-262-7746 and we can provide you with a tracking number.

Some items do appear to be the same but there are usually differences. For example, when buying jerseys, some are replicas (the type you can buy in a fan shop) whereas others are authentic (the kind the players wear on the field). Items are also authenticated by different companies who charge different amounts. Some sports fans only collect one type which is why we offer different versions of the same item. Other factors such as when the item was signed, and where on the physical item it was signed can also affect the price. If you need more information about the differences between items just give us a call.
Gift wrapping is availble only on Steiner items. The gift wrapping option will appear automatically if your item qualifies for the service. However, if you are purchasing the item as a gift, just let us know and we will make sure your gift receipt does not include the price.
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states where we have a business presence and/or we have determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to APO / FPO military addresses are not subject to taxes. The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates.
Once we receive your order it is sent to the supplier for processing. Once they ship your item it can no longer be cancelled. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order for any reason, please call us as soon as you can. Items vary in length of time needed for processing so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel it.
After placing an order you will receive an email shortly as a confirmation. Please hold on to this email in the event you need to contact us with questions about your order. If you are uncomfortable placing an order online simply call our office at (786)-262-7746 and we will be happy to assist you.
First check your junk or spam email box. Because the email is coming from firstname.lastname@example.org, some email programs will automatically sort it into your junk mail folder. If you still did not receive an email please give us a call so we can make sure your email address is correct. Sometimes emails get lost in cyberspace and just need to be sent again.

Items do sell out. If we have only a few of an item left it will be marked “low quantity”. The site will not allow you to add that item to your cart and you will be directed to call us. We will be happy to check for you to see if we have any left.
